Personality: 
At first glance she’s not precisely the talkative type: stern, cold, quiet, serious, sarcastic, often with a book in her hands, and quite aggressive with “Casanova” wannabes. But upon getting her trust, one will notice that she’s actually gentle, kind, with a very good humor and a very smart girl, who enjoys tea, cookies, romantic stories, playing with her “babies” (her Ralts and Pichu) and actually knows more about Pokémon than many experts; thanks to her experience as a hunter. Just… don’t call her by her nickname “Cookies”, unless you know her since kindergarden years; because things will get very ugly (and very violent).

She is also quite religious, often says “I’m sorry” before giving the finishing blow to the targets of her hunting contracts and then praying for forgiveness to Arceus after killing them. And actually she kind of dislikes her profession, seeing it only as a necessary evil, to remove those Pokémon which are dangerous or problematic.

She sees the war as a stupid thing, which should not exist; but yet she was kind of forced to go. She is very vocal about her opinions, rebellious and stubborn, often disobeying orders and getting into arguments with her superiors; getting herself into trouble, which actually doesn’t worry her; because always gets out of them unscathed, thanks to the influences and connections of her father. She thinks that experience is more import than any rank, that’s why she always follows orders and recommendations of veterans from the Great War; regardless of rank.

Backstory:
Corinna was born in Snowpoint, Sinnoh as the only child of General James Tiberius Chan of the Kanto Army and Lovisa Gunvaldsson, a famous actress from Sinnoh, she got her nickname because she had the fame among her peers for eating a full jar of cookies for herself alone. Since she was little she showed a great interest in those creatures called Pokémon and History, as well as legends, especially the one about Sir Aaron, the Aura Guardian. To try to reduce her interest in those creatures, her father sent her to study in a prestigious academy in Celadon City. That plan backfired when in one of her school trips, she met and accidentally captured her companion Nubis.

Mariko used to be a normal girl. Being Born into a normal family,living a normal life
She was a young,happy,innocent child who always seemed to see good and innocence in the world.
It was only until she hit the age of 13…she was corrupted from the young innocent child she was,and turned into the dark ,semi-disturbed child she now is.
Mariko was born into a middle-class family. Her mother was the victim of abuse by her husband,Mariko’s
natural born father, For awhile Mariko ignored it.usually by going to school or over to a friends house.
She always thought it was a great idea…..until her father sexually abused her. packed her into the car,
and dumped her out into the streets like trash…Mariko was found 3 days later. huddled in the corner
of a alleyway.naked,bruises and deep gashes and cuts etched into her pale,frail skin. her eyes seemed
wide and emotionless,staring at nothing but yet,she saw everything.
Mariko was placed into foster care at age 14. she never talked,and for some reason…..had a deep fear
of one simple thing……..

she couldn’t even take bath’s or showers without having to freak out.going out into the rain would
send her into a panic attack.and dont even think about setting her in a pool.
One particular night. Mariko awoke in the middle of the night,hearing the piercing scream of her 
foster mother. Mariko sat upright in her bed.only to come face-to-face with a pale man,long black hair
and deep cuts etched into the side of his face.forming a permanent smile. mariko thought one thing.. “he was beautiful…”
The man had a physcotic look in his eyes. But Mariko wasn’t even phased in the slightest.infact.she was 
rather curious. She blinked once,twice. before the man said in a shuttering voice that caused Mariko
to jump slightly.

He raised the knife in his left hand,about to plunge it into her heart .when she muttered her first sentence….
the first thing she spoke in a entire year.

Jeff’s eyes widened even more than they possibly could. This young girl wasn’t even phased by him. her face remained

- Breaking canon by being paired with a canon character whose already in a relationship with another canon character

- Being evil, yet still somehow friends with the heroes

- Clusterfuck, eye-gouging design

But, in typical suethor fashion, she promptly ignores any and all criticism regarding her designs or Mary Sue OC’s and only listens to the asspats. Which is unfortunate, considering that she’s not a bad artist

Ugh. I went through the artist’s comments and when someone said their character reminded them of Jack Frost, they said they’d never heard of him. When someone else responded that he was from Rise of the Guardians, they replied that they’d “Only seen the trailers and wasn’t able to see the movie”. Yeah. Ok. I’ve never posted here, but this was a blatant ripoff of Jack and that the artist had the balls to say the character design was theirs just pisses me off.
